Chirk appoint Pryde as manager

Chirk AAA FC have appointed former player Andrew Pryde as their new Manager with immediate effect.
Andy, a FAW/UEFA C Licensed Coach, will be the head of the management team which will include James Matthew Williams as Assistant Manager, Jack Ellis as club coach with Mark Holmes and Paul Lit Roberts running the Reserve Team. Colin Wight will continue as club physio.
We are delighted with the appointment of a young, enthusiastic & ambitious coach such as Andy. His previous experience with Chirk will give him that extra knowledge on what we are looking for. He knows our set up and is looking forward to the challenge.
Andy’s playing experience included spells with Coedpoeth, Brymbo, Brickfield & Chirk. He is a vastly experienced player but will now concentrate on the coaching side of the game.
Chirk are reintroducing their Reserve team this coming season. Mark Holmes will be manager with the majority of last season’s under 19 side forming a big part of the squad.
Chirk are waiting on more information from FAW about the restructure of the pyramid system to see what league they will be operating in next season. Also the Reserve side will have to wait for the outcome of the league reorganisation to see where they fit in the new look league structure
