Chirk draw Cymru Premier team Bala Town in Rnd 2 of Nathaniel MG Cup
Following Sundays great 1-0 home win over Conwy Borough, Chirk have drawn Cymru Premier team Bala Town in the 2nd Round of The Nathaniel MG Cup. The game is scheduled to be played on Sunday, 7th August at Holyhead Road with a 2.30pm kick off.
Amongst Bala's team is Dave Edwards, former Welsh International, former Wrexham player Paul Rutherford plus all time Cymru Premier leading goalscorer Chris Venables.
Another player who will be in Bala's squad is goalkeeper Alex Ramsay who was once at Chirk on loan from TNS in his younger days!
Bala have also got a Chirker in their ranks with former Wrexham defender Ryan Valentine being one of the first team coaches at Bala Town.
