Chirk have become the first winners of the inaugural Lockstock Ardal North East League when we beat Berriew 4-0 at Holyhead Road yesterday afternoon.

A large crowd saw Chirk defeat a depleted Berriew team to gain the points that they needed to lift the championship trophy which was presented by League Chairman Will Lloyd Williams.                  Goals from Captain Ashton Williams(Chirks 100th league goal), Dale Davies, Tom Williams and Jack Edwards gave Chirk a comfortable win over a plucky Berriew team.

Its been a fantastic season for Chirk with only 3 league defeats all season scoring 103 goals and conceding only 20.
