A super second half performance from Chirk saw them win comfortably at neighbours Penycae.
Matty Thomas had The Colliers ahead at the break with a solitary goal after 24 minutes.
Jack Edwards & Alistair Gibson scored 2 early second half goals before Thomas scored his second and his teams fourth goal from the spot on 65 minutes.
Penycae battled back and pulled a goal back from leading scorer Austin Owen on 78 minutes.
However Chirk strived for more goals and both Lewis Clamp & Louie Middlehurst scored late goals to make it 15 in the opening 3 Ardal North East League games, conceding just the one.
Today's Man of The Match was Matty Williams 👏👏
A special mention to Reserve team striker Josh Newell who donned the keepers gloves for the 1st team today and performed admirably - well played Josh 👏👏

A great start to the season for Chirk and they have another 2 massive derby games this week when Rhos Aelwyd return to Holyhead Road on Tuesday night after their shock Welsh Cup win 2 weeks ago and on Saturday we travel the short journey to The Rock, Rhosymedre to face FAW Trophy holders Cefn Albion in this years competition.
Ashton Williams and Dale Davies return to the squad after completing 3 match bans carried over from the 2019/2020 season!
