Chirk won a tight affair at Maesydre Park with two first half goals from Lewis Clamp and Tom Williams

James Clewlow pulled one back for Pool just before half time.

It made for an entertaining and competitive second half with both teams having their chances but there was no further goals and The Colliers remain top of the league just ahead of Llanfair who had a good away win at Caersws.
