CHIRK AAA 5 LLAY WELFARE 2
In a game of two halfs Chirk took a commanding 5-1 half time lead through a Harry Jones hat trick and a brace from Harvey Edwards. Mike Wright with the solitary Llay goal.
However Llay came right back into it when Wright got his second on the hour and they dominated the remainder of the half but failed to capitalise and did not add to the score.
Chirk ran out 5-2 winners but the scoreline could have been a lot closer.
