A 5 goal haul from Harry Jones gave The Colliers all 3 points.
Chirk started in a hurry and were 0-3 ahead after just 10 minutes .
Rhyd pulled it back to 2-3 just before half time through 2 goals from Matt Gisenam.
Jones made it 2-4 in the first minute of the second period before making it 5 on 55 minutes.
Ryd weren't done and they struck twice more in the closing half hour through substitutes Will Weaver & Ryan Rowands to make it a nervy end to the game for Chirk. However they hung on to claim all the points.
they travel to Clewedog Park to face Brickfield Rangers, kick off 2.30
