A 4 goal haul from Chirk striker Harvey Edwards was the highlight of a comfortable win for The Colliers which sends them to the top of the table.
A Toby Nash strike in the last minute completed the scoring.
Edwards struck on the half hour with the home side going in 1-0 at the interval. He struck his second on 65 minutes before completing his hat trick on 85 minutes with the games best goal, a curling shot from 20 yards coming in from Chirks right. He completed his 4 goal haul 2 minutes later before Nash struck the late 5th.
A special mention to the players and officials of Gresford for respecting and cleaning their changing room after the game
Next Sunday Chirk entertain 2nd placed Penycae Reserves who have had a great start to the season and remain unbeaten in their opening games
